Mandi & Slow-Roasted Meats
The centrepiece of our table. Whole lamb, free-range chicken, or young goat slow-roasted in our underground Mandi pit over aromatic firewood for a minimum of twelve hours. Served atop saffron-scented Basmati rice with dried fruits and our twelve-spice blend.

Gulf Seafood
Sourced daily from Emirati fishermen operating out of Deira and Fujairah. Our seafood menu changes with the season and the catch. Grilled, stewed, or baked in the traditional loomi and tomato broth that defines Gulf coastal cooking.

Harees & Heritage Porridges
Slow-cooked for eight hours, our Harees is a celebration dish in the truest sense. Wheat and lamb blended to a silken consistency, finished with clarified butter and cinnamon. Arsiyah β a softer, spiced variation β is also available on request.

Machboos & Kabsa
The Emirati national dish in its most authentic form. Long-grain Basmati cooked in a rich broth of dried lime, cinnamon, cardamom, and fresh tomatoes, layered with your choice of slow-cooked meat. Our Machboos is the recipe that started everything.

Mezze & Starters
Begin your meal as a traditional Emirati family would β with shared plates, warm bread, and the scent of ghee in the air. Our Emirati mezze selection draws from coastal, desert, and mountain culinary traditions across the UAE.

Sweets & Karak
Latifa's sweets programme is a destination in itself. Hot Luqaimat, Balaleet, date-filled Khanfaroosh, and the legendary Sago pudding with rose water and saffron. Every table ends with a small glass of cardamom Karak and a date from the Liwa oasis.

Shrimp Machboos
Gulf shrimp, dried lime, cinnamon, fresh tomato broth, Basmati rice.
Grilled Hammour
Daily-caught grouper, turmeric marinade, charcoal-grilled, served with Emirati spiced rice.
Classic Lamb Harees
Eight-hour slow cook. Clarified butter, cinnamon, served in a traditional clay bowl.
Luqaimat Basket
Twelve hot dumplings, fresh date syrup, sesame, and a pot of Karak chai.
Mezze Sharing Board
Balaleet, Chebab, house pickles, fresh Regag bread, and three seasonal dips.
